What we collect when you order

Placing an order means giving us the details we need to build and ship your set: name, email address, shipping address, and the design choices or files you submit (artwork, logos, and proof approvals). We use that information to produce the boards, send the design proof, and deliver the order.

We do not create customer accounts on this site. Repeat orders start from a new checkout.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We send Stripe your email, name, and shipping address with the charge so the payment is tied to where the set is delivered. Stripe collects the card details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy covers how they handle that data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they arrived, and which devices they use. Google processes that data on our behalf. We use it to understand what is useful on the site, not to advertise to you elsewhere.

Vercel Web Analytics

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people visit, which devices they use, and roughly where they are (country, region, and city). It does not use cookies and does not identify you as a person. Vercel processes that data on our behalf. We use it to understand what is useful on the site, not to advertise to you elsewhere.

What our host records

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs of requests, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are retained by the provider for a short period.

Cookies

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies on this domain so return visits can be counted. Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies. The order wizard stores your draft set (board type, custom or plain, quantity, and add-ons) in the browser so you can go back a step. We do not sell the information this site records, and we do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.

When this changes

If we add accounts, a newsletter, or another processor, this page will be updated and dated so you can see when it last changed.
