The board designer
Most custom shops take your idea over email and send a picture back three days later. Ours will put you in front of the board: change the wood, move your logo, switch the finish, and see the set you are actually ordering.
The designer is not quite ready yet. In the meantime, our guides are the best place to start while we finish building it.

How it works
This is the flow the designer is being built around. No account will be needed to start, and nothing will be charged until you approve the board on screen.

Start with a regulation tournament board or a tailgate-weight travel set, then choose your wood, edge profile, and finish.

Drop in your own logo, photo, or artwork, or build a design from a library of colors, stripes, and team layouts.

Spin the board, zoom in on the print, and check the finish on screen. What you see in the browser is what gets built.

Your design goes straight to the shop floor. Boards are finished by hand and on your doorstep in about two weeks.
What you get
The same spec goes into a board with your dog's face on it as goes into the ones we build for sanctioned leagues.
A single sheet of 1/2in furniture-grade birch, sanded to 220 grit so bags slide the way tournament players expect.
Kiln-dried pine, glued and screwed at every joint, with folding legs that bring the front edge to a true 12in.
Your artwork is cured into the surface, not stuck on top, then sealed under a marine-grade clear coat that will not peel or yellow.
6oz duck cloth with a slick side and a stick side, filled to a regulation 1lb with resin pellets that will not rot or clump.

The build is the same either way. What changes is the pricing, the proofing, and how many pallets leave the shop.

Put your family name on it, your wedding date, your alma mater, or the photo that always gets a laugh. Designing a board should take about ten minutes.
