A cornhole shop that lets you do the designing
The Cornhole Exchange builds tournament-regulation cornhole boards and bags to order in the US. Design a set in the browser, pay, then approve a proof before we start the build.
Why we built it
Ordering a custom set usually means emailing a shop, describing what you want, and waiting a few days for a picture that is nearly right. Every round of changes costs another day.
We think you should be able to do that part yourself. Pick the build, drop in your logo or artwork, see the board, and order it. After you pay, we still send a design proof, and nothing is built until you approve it.
How the boards are made
Backyard and Premium boards use a true 24in x 48in 1/2in sanded plywood top on a kiln-dried 2x4 frame, sanded to 220 grit so bags slide the way regulation play expects. All-Weather boards use a 5/8in CVC composite top and frame that can stay outside year-round. Artwork is cured into the surface rather than applied as a wrap, then sealed under a clear coat rated for outdoor use.
Bags are 6oz duck cloth, dual-sided with a slick face and a stick face, filled to a regulation 1lb with resin pellets that will not rot or clump.
Who we build for
Half of what we do is one perfect set: a family name, a wedding date, an alma mater, a photograph that always gets a laugh. The other half is branded sets for breweries, agencies, leagues, and event teams that need boards to survive a full season of public play.
Both use the same regulation build. After you pay we send a design proof, and nothing is built until you approve it.
How to order
Start an order, pick Backyard, Premium, or All-Weather boards, then choose a plain unfinished surface or a custom print. Custom sets go through the designer. After payment we send a design proof; production starts when you approve it.
